1. Set the Appointment

2. Consultation
During your design consultation, we will meet with you to take measurements, create digital blueprints, and educate you on the install process. Once we understand your family’s needs, we will provide several design options with various product options to choose from. Your design specialist will also provide pricing and financing options.
3. Project Submission
After your consultation you may work with your design consultant remotely to finalize your designs. Your project proposal will include the design, final cost breakdown, and the install agreement. Our 3D renderings are upon payment of the initial deposit.
4. Installation
Once your install date is scheduled, there are a few things to keep in mind. We normally stage materials (base, hardscapes, turf) in the driveway. You will need to move your cars if you need access to them during the install dates. Your project manager will be on site to ensure the installation goes smoothly and stays on schedule. If you have any requests you may speak with him directly.
5. Completion / Warranty
Once your project is completed, the production manager will be on site to ensure your design was installed properly. He will provide you with a welcome folder that includes our warranty details, maintenance guide, and other information.
